At Polanco Refrigeration, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair process for both parties.  


 1. Order Cancellation Timeframe  

    InStore Purchases: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.  

    Online Purchases: Orders can be canceled before the item has been shipped or prepared for delivery.  


 2. How to Request a Cancellation  

    InStore Orders: Visit Polanco Refrigeration with your receipt or proof of purchase.  

    Online Orders: Contact us immediately at 650-0946 with your order details.  


 3. Cancellation Fees  

    A 5% processing fee will apply to all cancellations to cover administrative costs.  

    If the item has already been prepared for delivery or shipment, additional fees (e.g., restocking or shipping costs) may apply.  


 4. NonCancellable Orders  

    Orders for the following items cannot be canceled:  

      Custom-made or personalized items.  

      Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.  

      Orders already shipped or delivered.  


 5. Refund Process  

    Approved cancellations will be refunded using the original payment method.  

    Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.  


 6. Shipped Orders  

    If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Instead, the item may qualify for a return under our Return Policy.  


 7. Right to Decline Cancellations  

    Polanco Refrigeration reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that do not meet the terms of this policy.
