Return Policy  

At Polanco Refrigeration, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering a clear and fair return process. Below are the terms and conditions for returning items:  

 1. Return Timeframe  

    Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.  

 2. Conditions for Returns  

    The item must be in original condition, unused, and accompanied by:  

      Original packaging.  

      All manuals, accessories, and tags.  

      Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).  

    Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted.  

 3. NonReturnable Items  

    The following items cannot be returned:  

      Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.  

      Custom-made or personalized items.  

      Opened or used items, such as:  

        Electronics (e.g., TVs, smartphones) with tampered packaging.  

        Furniture and Bedding (e.g., sofas, mattresses) with visible use.  

        Vehicles (e.g., motorcycles, bicycles), unless defective.  

 4. Return Process  

    Visit Polanco Refrigeration with the item and original proof of purchase.  

    Items purchased online must be shipped to our store at the customer's expense (except for defective or incorrect items).  

 5. Inspection and Approval  

    All returns are subject to inspection to ensure compliance with return conditions.  

    Items that fail to meet the criteria will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be provided.  

 6. Restocking Fee  

    A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns, except for defective items.  

 7. Damaged or Incorrect Items  

    For damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.  

    We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund after verifying the issue.  

 8. Store Credit and Exchange Options  

    Approved returns may result in:  

      A refund to the original payment method.  

      Store credit or exchange for an item of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference).  

 9. Warranty and Repairs  

    Warranty claims for defective items must be handled directly with the manufacturer, where applicable.  

    Polanco Refrigeration will assist with the process but is not responsible for the manufacturer’s decisions.  

 10. Right to Refuse Returns  

    Polanco Refrigeration reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
