Refund Policy

At Polanco Refrigeration, we aim to provide our customers with the best products and services. To ensure a fair and transparent process for returns and refunds, we have established the following policy:

 1. Eligibility for Returns  

    Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.  

    The item must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.  

    Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is mandatory for all returns.

 2. NonReturnable Items  

    Custom-made, personalized, or special order items.  

    Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."  

    Opened or used items, including:  

      Electronics: TVs, mobile devices, etc., if packaging is tampered with.  

      Furniture or Bedding: Sofas, mattresses, and pillows with signs of use.  

      Vehicles: Motorcycles and bicycles, unless defective.

 3. Conditions for Refunds  

    Refunds will only be issued after an inspection confirms the item meets return criteria.  

    Refund Method:  

      If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.  

      Alternatively, a store credit or exchange may be offered.  

 4. Restocking Fee  

    A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns, except for defective items.

 5. Damaged or Defective Items  

    Items received damaged or defective must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.  

    We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund after verifying the issue.  

    Polanco Refrigeration reserves the right to repair items before issuing a replacement or refund.

 6. Return Shipping (Online Purchases)  

    Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items.  

    Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

 7. Exchange Policy  

    Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or higher value (customer pays the difference).  

    Exchange requests must follow the same timelines and conditions as returns.

 8. Warranty Claims  

    Some items may be covered under manufacturer warranties.  

    Polanco Refrigeration will assist with warranty claims but is not responsible for the manufacturer's decisions.

 9. Discretionary Rights  

    Polanco Refrigeration reserves the right to decline a return or refund if the item fails to meet the conditions stated above.  

    We also reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
